Your cat’s comfort and everyone’s safety
If your cat scratches, bites, has an injury or becomes too distressed to groom safely, the groomer may pause or stop the service based on the situation. We will contact you and may ask you to collect your cat. Please tell us about any known health, skin or behaviour concerns before the appointment.

The final add-on depends on the tidying required.
Includes the Bath Package, rounded feet, bum-area tidying and a light face clean around the eyes. This does not include a full face trim.

Before your visit
Vaccinations & health
All pets must have up-to-date vaccination records provided before grooming. Puppies must be fully vaccinated before their first visit. Pets must be in good health; we may decline or stop a service when behaviour or health concerns make grooming unsafe.
Timing & pick-up
Allow approximately 1–2 hours for Bath & Tidy and approximately 3 hours for a full haircut, depending on breed and coat.
We will call or text you 15–30 minutes before your pet is ready. If you arrive early, please wait outside so we can finish safely.
